1. Product Description

This series consists of high-grade super duplex stainless steel pipes, featuring a ferritic-austenitic microstructure with an optimized phase ratio. The controlled production process, including solution annealing and fast quenching, guarantees ideal microstructure formation. This creates a material that steadily delivers improved mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for the fabrication of complex piping systems used in severe working conditions.

2. Key Parameters

These pipes comply with ASTM A928 (for welded pipes) and use materials that meet the German standard DIN EN 10216-5 for grade 1.4507 (UNS S32750). Key material properties include a typical PREN (Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number) higher than 40, a minimum yield strength of 550 MPa, as well as excellent elongation and impact values. They are supplied in a complete range of nominal pipe sizes (NPS) and wall thickness schedules (SCH) to satisfy various pressure requirements.
